Refund and Cancellation Policy for Prema Empower Coaching:

• The client may cancel within 24 hours of purchasing a coaching session and/or coaching package and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.

• Once a scheduled coaching session has been booked and confirmed, the client may request to reschedule a session provided at least 24 hours advance notice is given.

• Any missed or cancelled coaching sessions with less than 24 hours of notice given (except in the case of an emergency) will be charged in full.

• If a coaching package has been purchased and exceptional circumstances prevent the client from completing all their scheduled sessions, then the client may request a partial refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions.  Please note that if this refund is approved it will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee.

Your purchase of coaching sessions and/or coaching packages indicates you’re committed to the coaching process and will follow this through to its conclusion.  However, we also understand that unexpected events can affect this. Therefore, requested refunds that fall outside of the above refund policy will be considered on an individual basis.
